Whether you are hosting a large conference or a more intimate meeting, there is a room to suit your requirements at Ashover Parish Hall Events Centre.

Our three seperate meeting rooms make the centre a perfect venue for workshops or seminars and the spacious Amber Hall provides ample space for larger presentations or conferences. The layout of the centre ensures interruptions are avoided, privacy is maintained and provides the facility for seperate break out rooms. 

Our countryside location provides the perfect setting and has easy access links from major roads such as the M1. Our own car park has space for 80 vehicles and the adjacent show ground can be hired providing space for 500 cars, so parking will never be a problem!

The audio-visual equipment in both the Amber Hall and Fabrick room was installed with conferences in mind and will fulfil your every need. Wireless Hand-held and tie clip microphones are available for presentations, as are the projectors and screens. Just prepare your presentation on your laptop or ipad, plug it in to our system, and away you go...

Free wifi broadband is offered to visitors - the password can be obtained from reception in advance of your meeting. Hearing induction systems are available in the Amber Hall and Fabrick room.

The kitchen is fully-equipped for professional caterers and is stocked with crockery, cutlery and pump action flasks for serving hot beverages. If required, we can supply liquid refreshments and can recommend local caterers who supply a freshly prepared buffet lunch using local produce.  

For a conference setting, the Amber Hall seats 170 people, the Fabrick Room 80 people and the Rattle Room 20 people.
