BARRE FITNESS CLASSES

WEDNESDAYS 9.30AM – 10.30AM  Barre fitness classes are now available in Ashover.  Barre combines some basic Ballet movements with elements of Pilates.   Classes help improve posture, stability, muscle definition and core strength and no prior dance experience is necessary. Samantha, who trained as a professional ballet dancer, has been teaching Barre at one of New Zealand’s premier resorts prior to returning to the Peak District.  “This is a fun, challenging workout designed to tone and lengthen muscles whilst also improving physical fitness.  It’s a great form of exercise and I am committed to the benefits it can offer” All abilities and ages welcome, turn up or contact for more information.  Telephone:  01246590005.
