Classes help improve posture, stability, muscle definition and core strength and no prior dance experience is necessary. Samantha, who trained as a professional ballet dancer, has been teaching Barre at one of New Zealand’s premier resorts prior to returning to the Peak District. “This is a fun, challenging workout designed to tone and lengthen muscles whilst also improving physical fitness.
